20lbs lost in 16 weeks.
I started to train with Cordell but due to illness had to have surgery and rest for 6-8 weeks. During this period I continued to listen to his nutritional advice and my husband went on to train with him. My husband lost 2 stone in weight and has kept this weight off now for 6 months.
As soon as I was well enough I returned to training and I too have lost 1 stone in weight and feel fitter and healthier than I have in years. Healthy lifestyle choices are now normal habits and I don’t feel like I’ve been on a “diet”…I hate that word, I immediately feel deprived! Nothing is off the menu.
