I’ve been training with Cordell coming up to a year and I have loved every minute of it, since my first session I was hooked even when he makes me do cardio which I can’t stand! My strength has increased massively, on our first deadlift session I could only just about lift the bar now I can deadlift nearly 80kg. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get fit, stronger and learn how to eat healthy, he checks in with u regularly and is always on hand if u have a question. It’s our 1 year anniversary next months so I’m gonna bake us a huge massive cake and eat it on the treadmill, he’s simply the best!!
