I have several different packages that I like to think can accommodate any budget.
My Personal trainer Cardiff cost range from £12- £35 per session depending on session frequency and also if you sign up for 1-2-1 service or group sessions.
I also have online coaching services and my own cookbook if you just need some inspiration in the kitchen.
1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions
Want your own sessions with a Cardiff Personal Trainer ? This option is for you. Choose from 3, 2, or 1 session per week. Sessions take place at Cardiff's most equipped gym Lifestyle fitness.
Semi-Private Training Sessions
Ideal for couples, family members, or friends. Share the cost of Personal Training sessions and work out together. Two/ Three PT sessions per week, with two-four of you training at the same time.
Hybrid Semi Online Coaching
CW Personal Training's hybrid coaching option combines 1-2-1 sessions and online fitness and diet support. Ideal for people who aren’t always around to have regular local PT sessions.
This is for people that have the motivation and knowledge to train themselves but want the knowledge and expertise of a coach to get them the results they have struggled to achieve on their own
