Eternally grateful to Cordell for everything he’s taught me over the past month; I’m now more confident in the gym and loving using weights! Getting the results I want and feeling much happier. I lost over 30lbs in 3 months and managed to keep it off unlike diets in the past which I hated life whilst on. 50lbs LOST IN 18 WEEKS
So these are my pre Vegas results please excuse the face ?When I started late January it was off the back of a dirty bulk (never again) I knew how to train but knew nothing about the diet and tracking side of things and this is where @cordellwilsonpt came in!! He taught and guided me through MyFitnessPal, macros and the diet itself plus adding cardio into my routine and it’s been life changing!!! Thanks Bro

Since June I have lost a total of 33lbs to date thanks to Cordells motivation encouragement and coaching with laughs along the way too!! I highly recommend personal training as this the first time I have ever achieved this much success in any gym. We have worked as a team throughout the whole process and addressed any issues along the way in a positive manner in order to reach my goals. It’s been a long journey however one I am thoroughly enjoying and continuing to see improvements every week. My sincere thanks to Cordell for his support now and also over the last three months. Cheers it’s been well worth it.

I started to train with Cordell but due to illness had to have surgery and rest for 6-8 weeks. During this period I continued to listen to his nutritional advice and my husband went on to train with him. My husband lost 2 stone in weight and has kept this weight off now for 6 months.
As soon as I was well enough I returned to training and I too have lost 1 stone in weight and feel fitter and healthier than I have in years. Healthy lifestyle choices are now normal habits and I don’t feel like I’ve been on a “diet”…I hate that word, I immediately feel deprived! Nothing is off the menu.
I have always enjoyed my PT sessions as they are always varied but tailored to my targets. If you are willing to listen to sound advice and work to your capabilities you will receive fantastic results having Cordell as your PT. He’s always there for advice when needed and l leave the gym smiling every time.

My wife and I trained with Cordell in the 8 weeks leading up to our wedding. We were looking to both lose a stone in weight and drop inches so that we both looked good on our big day. From the outset, Cordell promised that we would lose the weight required. After training 3 times a week, we both lost over the desired weight. Cordell provided us with a range of varied sessions that were both challenging and fun. No 2 sessions were the same throughout the 8 weeks. He also provided us with dietary and nutritional guidance that was easy to follow and also allowed us to eat food that we wanted. This guidance was not just helpful for the 8 weeks, but is something we are both going to use for the foreseeable future. A massive thank you Cordell for helping us look awesome on our wedding day! I would 100% recommend Cordell for all of your personal training, nutrition and fitness needs.
I’ve been training with Cordell coming up to a year and I have loved every minute of it, since my first session I was hooked even when he makes me do cardio which I can’t stand! My strength has increased massively, on our first deadlift session I could only just about lift the bar now I can deadlift nearly 80kg. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get fit, stronger and learn how to eat healthy, he checks in with u regularly and is always on hand if u have a question. It’s our 1 year anniversary next months so I’m gonna bake us a huge massive cake and eat it on the treadmill, he’s simply the best!!

Summary of today’s PT session. Cordell – 100kgs deadlift, 8 reps, 3 sets. Joe – 8 reps? can’t do it. Done. Cordell – assisted pull ups & lat pull downs. Joe – can’t do them. Done. Cordell – circuit to finish session & burn that fat involving battle ropes, squatting with dumbells & throw/catch medicine ball, Joe – can’t throw or catch, I have no coordination. Done. After completing all of the above as recommended by Cordell it’s a good job he doesn’t listen to my crap! It’s hard to believe in yourself when you’ve been out of shape forever but if there’s anyone that can help you, it’s him. Forget New Years resolutions, just do it now and drop him a message. Literally changing my life. And who knew I could catch. Ha!!
30 lbs lost!!!
I have been working with Cordell since February. I was stuck in a rut, feeling out of shape and as a busy working mum was really struggling to find the time to look after my own health and fitness. Cordell is always really professional and supportive and even though he often pushes me to my limit during our PT sessions, I love it!! I am now lifting weights I never thought I could and my fitness has improved enormously thanks to his motivation. He has helped me stay focused with my nutrition and his enthusiasm is brilliant, he always has a smile on his face. Would highly recommend, it’s just what I needed!

I've been working with cordell for 20 weeks and have just started my next block of 10. In my first 20 weeks I've lost almost 30lbs and 18 inches. He is amazing at mixing up my sessions with cardio and weights and I feel that my sessions are always tailored to my needs. He has taught me so much, from how to complete exercises to educating me about food so I can be in control of my diet. Before all that cordell has made me
confident in myself and confident to come to the gym and lift weights like a boss! He is the best PT you could ask for and is always there to support and answer questions. Thanks Cordy!!
